While this is a great TEMPORARY fix, we don't recommend leaving a fence like this indefinitely!
Here's a general guideline, if the stake has had time to weather (turn gray) then it's time to just fix the fence.
Here’s the difference between Gabe and Erin:
Erin loves the design and artistic quality of this structure. She appreciates the work and whimsy that went into creating it.
Gabe doesn’t see it as structurally sound and doesn’t understand why a turbine has been included when it’s not needed.
I guess to each his own!
Here's your #FridayFunny! This homeowner had used a golf ball to stop a fan from vibrating. While clever, it is not considered a professional fix!
Forget Manic Mondays, Tuesdays seem to be the worst! Are you feeling like this roof support today, too?
We see a lot of people blocking their attic vents in the wintertime, but this was one of the more creative methods! 😁
While we appreciate the ingenuity, don't block your vents! The thought is to retain heat in the attic, but this isn't really necessary and you will retain moisture, which can be a big problem. So leave the seats in the bathroom, and let your attic get airflow!
Similar to Facebook, only useful
This is a great place to find interesting pictures, quick little notes, and funny memes. Just like posts you would expect to find on social media. Only these posts are searchable by categories, making this page significantly more useful for reference during a project. Or, just if you don't want to get sucked into the never-ending time-sucking vacuum of the Book of Face. Whichever.
Of course, you can get updates by following us on Facebook too. If you are "in" to that sort of thing.
